Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy for non-apparel unopened items, which means you have 30 days from your order date to request a return if you have not opened your product. We do not accept returns for apparel items as they are made to order.

We accept returns of opened bags only on a customer’s first subscription order, and only after 20 days have passed from the delivery date. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@trygraymatter.com. The return shipping is paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns need to be initiated within the 30 day window from when your order was placed.

We do not accept returns on apparel & accessories. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@trygraymatter.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Risk free trials are applicable on first orders for 1 item per customer within 30 days of ordering.
